Just received my RS-Media. It won't connect to my pc via the USB. I get "device not recognized".

All out of ideas on this end.

Results are in...
Tried everything to get the RS connected to my machine with a NO GO!
Finally attached it to an old HP machine I'm repairing and worked like a champ.
Even with my machine Bois set to usb 1.1 only it only saw the RS Media once, but never completed the connection.
Maybe WowWee should supply a seperate driver.

Can anyone recommend a USB HUB that is known to work in this case?
Notice on the WowWee forum that some had to try several to get one to work.

Elmosapien is a riot. So far that is my wife's favorite.

I don't know of one I can recommend because I haven't had this problem. Anybody else here had to buy a hub? If so, which did you get?
